Perm & Lift Cream 2 – Neutralizer Lotion
The BIOSMETICS Perm & Lift Creams can be used for Lash Lifting and Brow Lamination services. BIOSMETICS innovative 3-step formulas create a natural looking lash and brow lift in near-record time.
Enriched with Cocoa Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, Glass Microbeads, Panthenol and Liquorice and Horsetail Extracts the BIOSMETICS Eyelash Perm & Lift Neutralizer Lotion No. 2 neutralizes the Waving Lotion application and locks the lashes into the curled or lifted shape for 6 to 8 weeks.
Lash Lifting:
Lifted from the root the lashes needs to be set in place over our innovative Silicone pads before having our fast acting 3-step system applied. Make your clients eyes appear more open without spending hours in the salon having semi-permanent lashes applied.
